Players cannot ask or give any information which allows other players to contact them or any other person outside of Garden Party World within the Garden Party World game, blog or forum. This includes, however is not limited to, your or other persons:

• full name
• email address
• instant messenger handles
• telephone number both landline and cell/mobile phone
• home/ school address
• country/city/ school name

This rule is to protect your privacy and ensure your safety. Remember you do not know everyone online in real life as they are online, it is important not to tell people you meet over the internet your personal details.

Please talk to other players with the same care you talk to your friends and family. Vulgar and obscene language which include but are not limited to curse words, acceptable words used as curse words and descriptions of bodily functions, discussion of recreational drugs, explicit language, solicitation, racism or other prejudice, threatening, blackmail, being mean, bullying, harassing and swearing aren't permitted in Garden Party. Respect is important to Garden Party, so being offensive is not allowed and could result in you being suspended from game.

Garden Party is designed as a fun and friendly environment, using vulgar, obscene or explicit language can scare people and not allow them to enjoy their time while playing the game.

Players cannot discuss any form of adult activity - this includes but is not limited to any discussion of adult activities, dating type relationships or saying you are expecting a baby.

Garden Party is designed for children. Talk of any nature that involves adult speak, or innuendo or reference to inappropriate activity is against the Garden Party rules.

Players must not ask for another player's password for any reason.

Please report any bugs you find within the game to Garden Party straight away by reporting using the bug report tool in Garden Party.

We respect your right to your beliefs however, this is not the place to discuss them.

Impersonating others is not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to, Garden Party staff.

Each gardener name should only be used by one player. Never share your account with friends or family as you are responsible for the behaviour on your account.

Please do not use other software to gain an unfair advantage in the game or to communicate with other players outside of the game.

If you create more than one Garden Party account, they must not interact or be used at the same time.

Use these services appropriately and respectfully at all times.

We are very careful not to advertise within Garden Party or promote other websites. Please respect this and do not promote other websites.

Where you see players encouraging others to break the rules please report this to the moderator on duty.

Garden Party items must only be exchanged for other virtual Garden Party items/orbs within the game.
