Please talk to other players with the same care you talk to your friends and family. Vulgar and obscene language which include but are not limited to curse words, acceptable words used as curse words and descriptions of bodily functions, discussion of recreational drugs, explicit language, solicitation, racism or other prejudice, threatening, blackmail, being mean, bullying, harassing and swearing aren't permitted in Garden Party. Respect is important to Garden Party, so being offensive is not allowed and could result in you being suspended from game.
Garden Party is designed as a fun and friendly environment, using vulgar, obscene or explicit language can scare people and not allow them to enjoy their time while playing the game.


Players cannot discuss any form of adult activity - this includes but is not limited to any discussion of adult activities, dating type relationships or saying you are expecting a baby.
Garden Party is designed for children. Talk of any nature that involves adult speak, or innuendo or reference to inappropriate activity is against the Garden Party rules.


Players must not ask for another player's password for any reason.


Please report any bugs you find within the game to Garden Party straight away by reporting using the bug report tool in Garden Party.


We respect your right to your beliefs however, this is not the place to discuss them.


Impersonating others is not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to, Garden Party staff.


Each gardener name should only be used by one player. Never share your account with friends or family as you are responsible for the behaviour on your account.


Please do not use other software to gain an unfair advantage in the game or to communicate with other players outside of the game.


Use these services appropriately and respectfully at all times.


Garden Party does not allow the discussions of any websites other than Garden Party. This is for your child's safety, Garden Party is monitored 24-hours a day so we know your child is safe. Promotion or discussion of other sites can possibly put your child at risk in an environment where Garden Party cannot assure their safety.


Where you see players encouraging others to break the rules please report this to the moderator on duty.


Garden Party items must only be exchanged for other virtual Garden Party items/orbs within the game.

Garden Party allows you to choose from two different Chat methods: Chat and No Chat

Chat: allows your child to talk to other gardeners using an approved dictionary of carefully selected words. We employ word-filtering that blocks undesirable and inappropriate words. Our dictionary allows enjoyable conversation keeping safety in mind

No Chat: your child is unable to chat to other players.

Please note: although the filter is continuously updated, comments that could be offensive to some players may occasionally get through. In order to limit that and further protect the security of Standard chat participants, moderators monitor what's going on and receive player reports of misconduct. Players who engage in inappropriate behaviour can be silenced or banned.

Any player who types a word in the swear filter ('strong language') will be automatically banned for a 24 hour period. Repeated offence (3rd time) will result in a permanent ban of the account.
